CAP's Child Care Services

Here at CAP a wide range of Child Care Services can be provided. We are sensitive to the Child Care arrangements that need to be made by busy parents, and so provide:

CAP DAY NURSERY WILL PROVIDE...

  • 44 places for children from 0-5 years and 48 places for children from 5-8 years
  • full Nursery staffing structure, consisting of Nursery Manager, Deputy and playworkers
  • experienced and qualified staff providing a range of activities to meet the educational,social, physical, cultural and emotional needs of children
  • secure child friendly out-door playing area
  • children also have full access to multi-purpose hall and range of play resources and equipment
  • a safe, secure and stimulating environment, both in and out doors
  • operational 52 weeks per year Mon-Fri,from 7:30am till 6:00pm, with exception of bank holidays
  • an OFSTED registered facility which also implements and strictly adheres to an Equal Opportunities Policy.

CAP FULL DAY CARE FACILITY PROVIDES...

  • 48 places for children from 4-11 years (school age primary/junior)
  • full Nursery staffing structure, consisting of Nursery Manager and out of school provision co-ordinator
  • experienced and qualified staff providing a range of activities to meet the educational,social, physical, cultural and emotional needs of children
  • children also have full access to multi-purpose hall and range of play resources and equipment
  • a safe, secure and stimulating environment, both in and out doors
  • operational non-term time, from 8:00am till 6:00pm, with exception of bank holidays

CAP OUT OF SCHOOL PROVISION PROVIDES...

  • 48 places for children 4-11 years (school age primary/junior)
  • full Nursery staffing structure, consisting of Nursery Manager and out of school provision co-ordinator
  • experienced and qualified staff providing a range of activities to meet the educational,social, physical, cultural and emotional needs of children
  • placement provider for students, through school, college and university
  • fully operational from 3:00pm till 6pm Mon-Fri, with exception of bank holidays
  • children also have full access to multi-purpose hall and range of play resources and equipment
  • collection of children from schools within the local vicinity


We Can Also Offer...

Affordable and accessible places to all local residents. Advice to parents on how to access financial support, including working families and children's tax credits; and education grants. Priority will be given to parents utilising the CENTRE for employment, education any of the other services provided by the CAP.
